Our firm was founded in 1994 by Ben E. Connor, who previously spent many years as an executive with such companies as Tiffany & Co., Xerox, and Merril Lynch.
Ben is a member of WealthCounsel-a nationwide collaboration of trust and estate planning attorneys dedicated to client service and continuing education. And Ben is only the second attorney in Arizona to receive the coveted designation of Elite Advisor in retirement planning by Ed Slott & Company, LLC, the nations leader in IRA planning.
Ben received his Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.
Ben is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Utah.
Ensuring firm continuity, Dane Connor, Ben's son, has graduated from law school and joined the firm.
